Die Gesundheitskosten belasten die Haushaltsbudgets immer mehr. Die Lösung ist somit nicht, den Versichert noch mehr Kosten aufzubürden. Die Medikamentenpreise müssen sinken und die Idee einer öffentlichen Krankenkasse für die Grundversicherung muss geprüft werden, falls so die Kosten gesenkt werden können. Insbesondere sollten die Gewinne der Krankenkassen, an die Versicherten zurückverteilt werden. Zusätzlich soll dem Bund die Kompetenz zur Festlegung des Spitalangebots übertragen werden.

Damit ist es aber nicht getan: Die Medikamentenpreise müssen Sinken und die Idee einer öffentlichen Krankenkasse für die Grundversicherung muss geprüft werden, falls so die Kosten gesenkt werden können. Insbesondere sollten die hohen Gewinne der Krankenkassen, an die Versicherten zurückverteilt werden. Klar ist, dass es ein "Weiter wie bisher" nicht geben kann.
