Les Jeunes Vert·e·x·s s'opposent fermement à la réforme de la LPP : même les bas salaires devront à l'avenir assurer une partie de leur salaire déjà beaucoup trop bas. Parallèlement, la réforme entraîne une perte de rente pour tou·x·te·s en raison de l'abaissement du taux de conversion. Les paiements compensatoires prévus ne la compensent que de manière minimale. Ce projet n'a rien à voir avec une amélioration des rentes des femmes, pourtant promise après AVS 21.
