Unter einem Ausbau verstehe ich allerdings mehr als nur z.B. eine Erhöhung um einige Wochen. Es geht auch darum, dass sich Familien flexibler einteilen können, wer die Elternzeit in Anspruch nimmt. Gleichzeitig sollte eine Elternzeit kein Kriterium sein, weshalb KMU Menschen mit Kindern/Kinderwunsch nicht einstellen können.

Die Höhe des Rentenalters sollte meines Erachtens individuell nach Beruf bestimmt werden. Generelle Erhöhungen machen für Menschen in körperlich anstrengenden Berufen wenig Sinn. Für Menschen mit weniger belastenden Berufen oder Menschen, die sich auch nach 65/67/etc. noch fit fühlen und arbeiten wollen, sollte es hingegen möglich sein, länger zu arbeiten.
