Innalzare i requisiti per la maturità liceale non è la soluzione per avere meno rinunce e meno percorsi interrotti, anzi. Va fatto piuttosto un lavoro a livello di orientamento già nel secondario I (scuole medie) al fine di avere percorsi scolastici più lineari. Innalzare i requisiti inoltre rischierebbe di tagliare fuori una parte di popolazione studentesca che non ha i mezzi per studiare privatamente, o per accedere a risorse educative extrascolastiche.

Se si vuole continuare ad avere regioni di montagna vive, e non solo dei paesi che vivono di turismo, bisogna assolutamente garantire la stessa qualità e quantità di servizi che nelle regioni urbane. Chiaramente vi sono delle differenze, ad esempio la minore densità di abitanti e tragitti più lunghi, eppure ci sono delle soluzioni innovative che permettono di fornire i servizi anche nelle regioni di montagna che non vanno viste solo come una periferia.

Il problema non è tanto nelle disposizioni di tutela dei grandi predatori, ma nella loro applicazione. Vi è una lentezza burocratica alquanto assurda soprattutto in casi di predazione di animali o di possibilità di protezioni di essi. Inoltre, vengono fatte delle richieste poco realistiche agli agricoltori (ad esempio di proteggere gli alpeggi anche in zone impervie) che vanno sicuramente riviste e adattate meglio alla realtà.

Tuttavia, bisogna rendersi conto che già oggi in Svizzera la regolamentazione è già severa: quel che manca sono i controlli! Vanno fatti controlli indipendenti, regolari, e vanno incentivati i cambiamenti strutturali con procedure efficaci e con consulenze di esperti che non vadano a carico degli agricoltori già oberati da altre richieste.

L'obbligo vaccinale non è la soluzione ma va sicuramente fatto un grande lavoro di prevenzione, di spiegazione ai genitori e di accettazione delle loro paure e ansie. Ritengo comunque che le vaccinazioni sono un pilastro nella nostra società ed è per questo che bisogna lavorare sui genitori e portarli a comprendere l'importanza di tale strumento per la salute pubblica, senza però entrare in un'ottica di obbligatorietà.
