Für den Aufbau der Armee in den nächsten Jahren braucht es mehr Ausgaben. Diese müssen aber zweckgebunden in die Ausrüstung und nicht in die Armee-Bürokratie fliessen. Das bestehende Missverhältnis zwischen Ausrüstung und Bürokratie ist zu beseitigen. Für entsprechende Auflagen und Bedingungen werde ich mich einsetzen.

Diese Gelder sind weder zielgerichtet noch sinnvoll. Nur der kleinste Teil erreicht die wirklich Bedürftigen. Die Gelder versickern vielmehr (a) in der eigenen Bundesverwaltungs-Bürokratie und (b) in den intransparenten Teppichetagen der häufig autoritär geführten Empfängerstaaten und leisten somit der dortigen Korruption Vorschub. Von den jährlich 5 Milliarden Franken, die der Bund für die Asyl- und Entwicklungshilfe ausgibt, soll mindestens eine Milliarde Franken in die AHV fliessen.
