Die Bestrafung ist sehr wichtig. Wir müssen aber auch daran danken das diese irgendwann wieder teil der Gesellschaft werden. In Staaten in denen die Bestrafung wichtiger ist als die Wiedereingliederung werden diese öfters Rückfällig (ein Bekanntes Beispiel hierfür ist die USA).

Bei einer gemeinsamen Besteuerung rutschen Ehepaare oft in eine höhere Steuerklasse als wenn man sie getrennt besteuern würde. Ich finde dies ungerecht. Es führt auch oft dazu, dass nur noch geheiratet wird, wenn man kinder möchte. Ansonsten wird oft darauf verzichtet.
