Es brächte einen Systemwechsel im Asylrecht, denn heute kann nur ein Asylgesuch stellen, wer es bis an die Grenze oder in die Schweiz geschafft hat. Asylgesuche müssten auch und bereits bei Schweizerischen Botschaften (Botschaftsasyl) im Ausland eingereicht werden. Mit Auffangzentren liesse sich vielleicht das Schlepperunwesen und die Migration über die gefährlichen Fluchtrouten etwas eindämmen.
