Die Lebenserwartung in der Schweiz ist erfreulich hoch. Der demografischen Entwicklung müssen wir Rechnung tragen. Genauso wie wir der nächsten Generation keine ökologischen Altlasten hinterlassen dürfen, ist es unfair, ihnen einen Schuldenberg in den Sozialwerken zu vererben. Es braucht eine Flexibilierung des Rentenalters, angepasst an die Bedürfnisse jeder Branche. Priorität hat für mich derzeit die BVG-Reform, über welche wir 2024 abstimmen werden.
