Die Lebenserwartung ist seit der Einführung des Rentenalters 65 um rund 10 Jahre angestiegen und die Ausbildungsdauern sind länger geworden. In den meisten Berufen kann man länger als bis 65 arbeiten. Für die Berufe, wo das nicht geht, müssen Lösungen gefunden werden (wie z.B. Lebensarbeitszeit u.ä.).
