Auch so eine aus der Zeit gefallene Aussage. Es geht bei der Sanktionierung von Straftaten nicht um die "Bestrafung" sondern vielmehr um den Schutz der Gesellschaft, die präventive Wirkung und last but not least, auch im sanktionierenden Verfahren Anstand und Achtung vor dem Invididuum nicht zu verlieren.
