La part d'enfant souffrant de surpoids ou d'obésité en Suisse est d'à peu près 20%. Ce chiffre est stable depuis plus de 20 ans. Ce chiffre devrait diminuer et l'excès de sucre joue un rôle dans cette véritable catastrophe sanitaire qui touche bien au-delà de nos enfants. Le problème n'est le sucre en soit, mais le fait qu'il soit présent dans quasi tout ce qu'on mange (comme conservateur, exhausteur de goût, etc). Moins de sucre est meilleur pour la santé de tous les Suisses.

Cette assertion/question est trompeuse parce qu'il s'avère qu'une meilleure protection de l'environnement force nos entreprises à être plus efficientes donc plus compétitives au final. Sans parler des gains sur le long terme de la mise en place des technologies et des outils de production qui se doivent de respecter de manière drastique l'environnement.
