Je suis favorable à un âge de retraite flexible. Chaque personne est différente et le départ à la retraite devrait être un choix libre personnel. Pour que cela puisse fonctionner, il faut que même les personnes qui partent à la retraite plus tôt gagnent une retraite suffisante pour pouvoir vivre en confort.
