Die Altersvorsorge ist durch den demografischen Wandel herausgefordert. Die GLP verfolgt das Ziel, die Umverteilung von Arbeitnehmenden zu Rentner zu reduzieren und zugleich das Rentenniveau möglichst zu erhalten. Dafür sind eine Anpassung und Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters unter Berücksichtigung der branchenspezifischen Verhältnisse nötig.
