Oder besser: Die Mindestlöhne und -renten so zu definieren, dass aus diesen die Krankenkassenprämien bezahlt werden können. Für bis zu 2 Schüler pro Klasse kann die integrative Schule funktionieren. Dannach wird es schwierig, die notwendige Aufmerksamkeit für alle Schüler zu gewährleisten. Die Leistung der Klasse fällt ab und vor allem mittelbegabte Kinder fallen zurück. Es ist psychologisch sehr wichtig, die integrierten Kinder stützen zu können, da sie sonst jahrelang mit dem Stigma der "Loserkinder" kämpfen müssen, was die Integrierung komplett in Frage stellt und und die psychische Entwicklung negativ beeinflusst
