Als Gesellschaft müssen wir aber auch dafür sorgen, dass ältere Arbeitnehmende auch zukünftig ins Arbeitsleben integriert werden können und entsprechende Stellen schaffen sowie das lifelong learning sowie die Changebereitschaft unterstützen.
