Die Altersvorsorge gerät durch den demografischen Wandel zunehmend ins Ungleichgewicht. Die die Umverteilung von Arbeitnehmenden zu Rentner:innen zu reduzieren und zugleich das Rentenniveau möglichst zu erhalten. Dafür sind eine Anpassung und Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters unter Berücksichtigung der branchenspezifischen Verhältnisse nötig.
