Im Sinne der Generationengerechtigkeit muss der Mindestumwandlungssatz gesenkt werden. Mit der vorliegenden BVG-Revision wurde die Chance auf eine gut ausbalancierte Vorlage leider kaum erfüllt. Einerseits resultieren für ältere Beschäftigte mit Minimalversicherung Renteneinbussen, andererseits sind die Kosten des Leistungsausbaus im Teilzeitbereich für viele KMU und Gewerbebetriebe und Ihre Beschäftigten sehr hoch.
