Die Altersvorsorge gerät durch den demografischen Wandel zunehmend ins Ungleichgewicht. Das Ziel mus es sein, die Umverteilung von Arbeitnehmenden zu Rentnerinnen und Rentner zu reduzieren und zugleich das Rentenniveau möglichst zu erhalten. Dafür sind eine Anpassung und Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters unter Berücksichtigung der branchenspezifischen Verhältnisse nötig.
