Mein Ziel wäre langfristig ein anderes Modell von Arbeit und Freizeit. Statt bis zum Umfallen arbeiten und sich intensiv davon erholen (Wochenenden, Ferien, Pensionierung) braucht es meiner Meinung nach eine nachhaltige Zusammenführung beider. Das würde ein Rentenalter ablösen bspw. durch eine Lebensarbeitszeit.
