Die Altersvorsorge gerät durch den demografischen Wandel zunehmend ins Ungleichgewicht. Trotzdem ist eigentlich eine fixe Altersgrenze ein Unsinn, denn je nach Ausbildung bedeutet das 50 oder eben nur 40 Jahre "Arbeitszeit". Zielführender und gerechter wäre es, eine "Lebensarbeitszeit" für die Rentenberechtigung zu definieren, statt eine Altersgrenze.
